Injury News - Ali Injury Blow
SRM's defender Ali 'Nobita' has suffered damage to his ankle ligaments and will visit a specialist this week to determine how long he will be sidelined and whether his Champions League hopes are in jeopardy.
The 20-year-old left-footed centreback, picked up the injury in the intensive training with Negeri Sembilan football team last week. Ali could not stand on his foot following the challenge by Mohd Zaquan Adha and a scan revealed ligament damage.
The injury is a huge blow for SRM that already struggling with injuries. The winger Shahrom has a groin strain and must rest at least three weeks. Fathi needs a groin operation, Kamarul has a tear in his groin while Eddy is struggling to a thigh injury. Striker Acap is likely to miss the rest of the season due to some unknown reason.
SRM Tracking F&F's Captain Zul - Report
According to a report in ESPN, newcomer SRM are closely monitoring the progress of highly rated veteran F&F midfielder Zul 'Saya Kapten'.
The Young Cowboys are likely to sign the Seryes striker Pian Kechik for the next season and has reportedly targeted the F&F skipper as the perfect partner for Luqmaniesta.
SRM are refused to gave any comments about this controversial news.
"I don't know anything. I'm sorry. But if the rumours are true, I'm 100% pleased. That's all. Thank you." said Luqmaniesta.
Zul 'Saya Kapten' is currently orchestrated his team to the last eight of MMU Champions League as one of the favourite team to lift the cup this season.
Stay tune for the next update!
Transfer Report- SRM Are In Discussions With Seryes Striker Pian Kechik.
SRM are seeking reinforcement...
Seryes promising striker Pian Kechik reportedly are in discussions for a move to SRM over the upcoming summer transfer window, as the The Young Cowboys search for a striker.
The 19-years-old hitman has long been linked with SRM with his fine record of scoring goals or providing assists for his teammates. Some big clubs also are interested to sign him but according to his agent, SRM's side are at the head of the queue to gain his signature.
"Many big teams have showed an interest in Pian but the only team that we keep on having conversations with is SRM FC" his agent told the press.
SRM are desperate to find a suitable partner for Chap as the second striker Acap refused to play with SRM anymore. The signing of Pian will surely boost the club's chance to win cup for the next season.
SRM's Finances On Solid Ground
SRM's have announced pre-tax profits 0f £10.2mil.
The Young Cowboys raised a £1.1mil by selling furniture and gifts and £3.8mil more through the selling of players' jerseys. Another £5.3mil raised further through the selling of every match's tickets.
Executive chairman Wan Nasrul Ferguson said "I am pleased to report a profitable set of results for the first three months of the financial year."
"There has been a remarkable progress at SRMirates over the last three months and it is clear that for the next couple years, our 75 000 capacity stadium will delivering surplus cash."
"Looking ahead, our strong financial base allow us time to take a measured and diligent approach to determining the club's direction to the next phase of growth."
SRM's improving financial position contrast sharply with that of rivals Fire&Flames, whose debts are increased steadily since the Bob 'The Builder" Gaga acquired control of the club in 200?.
Well done SRM.

Thank you for you concern.
p/s: I know who you are!hahaha
Sincerely,
Writer
SRM Players & Professional Footballers.
Writer compares SRM players with the professional footballers according to their similarities.
Nasrul - Phil Scolari. He rarely speaks with his squad. Maybe because of the language problem but he's commitment with the team is simply amazing. He let the captain speak for him and sometimes sponsor drinks.
Nisham - Jerzy Dudek, I think. Saved two penalties in two consecutive matches, he maybe a penalty expert. He is an unorthodox goalie but sometimes do blunder. Just like Dudek.
Zumi - Abbiati. He rarely got the chance to play but when he played, his loud voice is just what SRM needed. He shout to wake up some of the players that amazingly can 'sleep' during game.
Aziwan - Gary Neville. Lack of pace but plenty with fouls. His aggressive play costs the team several times. Crosses is the only difference between him with the Red Devil's fullback.
Raja - Zhirkov. He never got a chance to play as first eleven. Used as the late substitution during the games. Must improve his touch and decision-make.
Fathi - Downing. He prefer to be a winger than a fullback. He can run, can cross but still lack of experience.
Faris - Vermaelen. His leap is amazing. Just like Arsenal's centreback. He dominate the air and guarded his area very well. Brave and never think twice to challenge even the 50-50 ball. The main reason why SRM never conceded a goal in totally 180 minutes!
Ali - Ferreira finds it is tough to compete with Alex, Terry and Carvalho in Chelsea squad. Same with Ali. His lack of stamina and pace must be improved in order to take his position back.
Syauqie - Kolo Toure. Always in the right position to clear the ball away. Cannot be beaten in one-on one run. Also comfortable in air.
Meegan - Abidal. Prefer to be defensive than offensive. His tackle is rough, hard but clean. Among the loudest player in the field. Eventhough he is a little bit short unlike Abidal, but never challenge him in the air.
Amir - Park. Left-footed and have plenty of stamina. Give extra supports to the attackers with his overlapping run. Hardworking just like Park. Can play left back and emergency left midfielder.
Shahrom - Pedro.Great run. Breath-taking dribbling ability and nice passes or crosses. But unlike the Barca's hitman, he lacks of finishing. He better improve his shot accuracy in order to be Messi.
Kamarul - Podolski. Have a pace and decent speed like the Germans but slow in releasing the ball. Still need more experience and fitness training. Unlike Podolski, Kamarul is willing to run down all over the field to give help during defending.
Haniff - Quaresma. Talented but I still don't know his problem. He lost his dribbling ability. His opposite flank seems better than him. He need to start score goals after this.
Eddy - Camoranesi. Clever in positioning. He knows where the ball will stop. But terrible cross ishis main problem. Unlike the Italian, his vision is limited. Overall, he is a decent player.
Kenneth - Macherano. Rough. Brave. Simple but dangerous. If Macherano collect many fouls, Kenneth instead, wins countless foul for the team. Covered the back-four brilliantly. His long distance shot must be improve immediately.
Ammar - Bendtner. Have the common striker's instinct only and not the killer instinct. Still finding his best position. He hold the ball too long and his finishing is very very questionable.
Luqman - Fabregas. Silent but let the football speaks for him. Actually he is between Fabregas and Xavi. But for me, he is more like Fabregas eventhough he did not score as Fabregas does. His vision, smooth through ball passes is world class. He also never ever let the opponent steal the ball from him.
Chap - Kuyt - Energetic!Totally the most energetic player I've ever seen. He can run all over the field non-stop!But his size is his main weakness. Still is quest to find his first competitive goal.
Acap - Acap. Sorry. I cannot think. So, I just put his name back.
That's all. This is just for fun guys. Jangan amek ati k..
Huahuahua..
I Love To Play Rough But Fair - Meegan
Meegan, SRM's fullback confessed that the only thing that he can think before the game besides winning is 'to eat' the opponents legs!
Moved in to SRM during the last day of last summer's transfer window from Nemesis, he featured in all SRM's Champions League matches this season. Versatile and adaptable, he can play both of the flanks, left or right.
"I like to play defensive part than attacking. The sound of cracking bone is the most wonderful sound in the world for me. Seriously, before playing, I can only thinking of 2 things; winning the game and 'eat' the opponent's legs!"
"And by the way, I still don't satisfied with the referee during the previous match against F&F. It should not be a penalty!"
Meegan is currently reported negotiating new contract with SRM.
We hope you'll stay Meegan.
SRM's Shahrom Does Not Want To Be Compared To Nani
Sensational SRM's winger, Shah 'Pendekar Penyu' Rom refused to be likened to Manchester United star, Nani and stated that he played on his own style, without copying the Portuguese starlet.
Speaking to ESPN, Shahrom or called Pendekar Penyu by his teammates recently, explained the difference between him and Nani.
'Nani is one of the best footballer in Portugal national squad. He loves to dribble and rarely pass the ball to his friends. Me, instead, produce world-class crosses and passes to my teammates. Unlike Nani, I can dribble past my opponents easily and let them 'makan asap' with my incredible pace and supersonic speed."
"So, I there is no similarities between me and him. Take note please. Thank you." he ended he's speech with a peace sign.
Nice speech Shahrom.
HAHAHA!

Breaking News: No Training For Today!
As a reward for last week's performance against F&F, SRM's big boss, W.Nasrul Ferguson has awarded all his boys with the cancellation of today's training session.
"I know some player are still fatigue. So, I want all of them to rest and enjoy their day for upcoming match. " he said after came back from his two days vacation at Las Vegas.
Thank you.
You Can Count On Me - Skipper Luqman
SRM's sensational captain, Luqmaniesta, claimed that the only way for SRM to be the new champion of MMU's 2009/2010 Champions League is by trusting him to lead them and believing in everything he plans.
He said to the newspaper during the exclusive interview by MMU's Sports Centre yesterday.
L- Luqman, R- Reporter
R: Good evening Luqmaniesta. Congratulation for your team's progression to the MMU's 2009/2010 Champions League quarter-final. First of all, how do you feel??
L: Thank you. Credits should be given to all of my teammates. They worked very hard during training and give 101% commitment to the team. I'm really proud of them. It's so hard to find players like them now. Young but gung-ho in every game they play.
R: Enough please about your team. I want to hear your story not your team. First question, since when did you play football?
L: Okay. I started to play football since I was in kindergarten in Terengganu. Yeah, undeniable, I was the most promising kid for country's future football. In the other words, I'm the most talented young footballer at that time. Even Zinedine Zidane praised my style of play during his visit to Malaysia.
R: Who is your footballer idol? I mean, who is the footballer that you admire most??
L: Are you kidding me? Can't you see the way I play? Didn't my style is exactly the same as Zidane? Honestly my friend, I play like Zidane. He is my all-time idol. I never said that I play like him but most people does. I don't like to be compared with such a legend like him but I have to face the similarities between me and Zidane. That's the fact.
R: Wow. You are full of confidence. I never...
L: Of course I am! You know, last season I won the MMU's Best Young Player. they don't give me the award for no concrete reason right??(laughing)
R: Cool capt. I still didn't finish my lines yet. So, what is your main and minor aim for this season?
L: Absolutely to win the Champions League crown and maybe win the MMU's Best Player Award. I know I can do it. Err, I mean we all can do it as a squad.
R: What is your secret weapon during the next game? It will be a tough task for SRM where your team will be facing Cyberheat or Victory or locals Black Emperor.
L: Secret weapon huh? It's me. Yep, it is me. I'm SRM's secret weapon.
R: Sorry but I have to end this interview. Don't ask me why but I have to right now. Thank you for your 'so much cooperation'. Bye.
L: Wait! Wait! I still have plenty things to story about! My career, my WAGS, my scandals and much more! At least put this interview in ESPN okay!
R: .......................(sigh)
Nice work captain!
HAHAHAHAHA!
