SRM FC 2009-2010 MMU Champions League REVIEW

In Champions League, SRM unbeatable in their first six match before being eliminated by Black Emperor through penalty shootout. They started their first ever flight in MMU football arena by thrashing foreigner side 1-0 followed by to goalless draws with Genki Noob and Fire&Flames. As the 1st runner-up, they progressed to the quarter-final, set up a clash with Black Emperor. During the first-leg match, SRM FC won the game by 1 goal to nil but failed to repeat their glorious style when losing 1-0 and failed to win the penalty shooutout during the second-leg clash.

Overall, 2 goals scored, 1 goal conceded, 360 minutes unbeaten, 2 yellow cards collected, 55 shots(12 on-target), 18 fouls committed, and 52 fouls won. The fastest player on the pitch so far was Shahrom with a top speed of 30.1 km/h, the most distance-covered player is Luqman for his about 52.3 km running, the dirtiest player would be Aziwan and Meegan with both of them commited 15 fouls. The Fair Play Award goes to Nisham and the the Golden Boot Award shared by Luqman and Shahrom with each of them netted a goal.
